Western Ministil informs about adjournment of AGM

Western Ministil has informed that 42nd AGM of the Company convened in accordance with the notice dated August 12, 2016 has been adjourned for want of the requisite quorum. In the circumstances, the business as per Agenda could not be transacted. The date of adjourned meeting shall be the same day in the next week i.e September 27, 2016 at the same time (10.00 A.M.) and same place.
