BEML wins National Quality Award

BEML has won the prestigious QCI - DL Shah National Quality Award-2016 at New Delhi for its presentation on metro quality assurance with a case study on ‘Optimization of painting process parameters for metro car interior panels’. The Public Sector Company under the Ministry of Defence, had earlier won QCI–DL Shah Commendation award in 2013.

The QCI-DL Shah Quality Awards have been instituted with a view to promote awareness on performance improvement through quality initiatives that form as an important element for gaining a competitive edge.
