Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) is reportedly eyeing acquisitions in the healthcare and digital vertical space as the company seeks to get back on the growth track. The company will make acquisition to accelerate revenues and get access to clients. It will be looking at acquiring companies in the US. The company did not disclose the size of company it wants to acquire. This comes on the back of an acquisition of Colibrium, an Atlanta-based company last year. Colibrium has software platform and servicing capabilities in the sales and enrolment area for the US and global health insurers.
