Date: 23-09-2016Vani Commercials has informed that Praveen Kumar resigned from the post of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Internal Auditor of the Company on September 01, 2016, due to his personal reasons and he communicated his inability to work with the Company after the said date. Consequently the Board of Directors of the Company accepted his resignation and relieved him from his duties with effect from September 01, 2016.
