Bajaj Electricals has informed that in terms of Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’, the trading window for purchase/sale of shares of the Company by the designated persons shall remain closed from October 01, 2016. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter & half year ended September 30, 2016.
