Kirloskar Oil Engines has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2016, to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 13, 2016 to October 25, 2016 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.
