KDJ Holidayscapes and Resorts has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 06, 2016, to approve and adopt Audited Standalone Financials for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from October 04, 2016 to October 07, 2016 for the purpose of declaration of Audited Standalone Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.
