Saksoft shuts-down two wholly owned subsidiaries

Saksoft has closed down its inoperative wholly owned subsidiaries, Saksoft GmbH (Germany) and Saksoft FR SARL (France) through voluntary liquidation. The local statutory authorities have completed the liquidation formalities and confirmed the same.

Both Saksoft GmbH and Saksoft FR SARL were not material subsidiaries and there were no revenues or income from these subsidiaries.
