Escorts’ Agri Machinery Segment sells 7,725 tractors in September 2016

Escorts Agri machinery segment (EAM), a subsidiary of Escorts, has sold 7,725 tractors in September 2016 as compared to 5,606 tractors sold in September 2015. The company has sold 7,664 tractors in September 2016 in the domestic market showing a 37.40% growth as against 5,576 tractors sold in September 2015. The exports for September 2016 were up by 103.30% and stood at 61 tractors as against 30 tractors in September 2015.

Escorts offer a comprehensive range of tractors with more than 45 variants starting from 25 to 80 HP. The company also manufactures and markets a diverse range of equipments like cranes, loaders, vibratory rollers and forklifts.
