RCL Retail informs about extension for holding AGM

RCL Retail has informed that pursuant to Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Company has applied to the Registrar of Companies, Chennai seeking the extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, latest by December 31, 2016 and the same has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai vide letter dated September 30, 2016.
