Archit Organosys informs about delisting of equity shares

Archit Organosys has informed that pursuant to the application made by the Company to ASEL for voluntary delisting of its Equity Shares as per the provisions of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, ASEL has vide its letter dated September 28, 2016 granted the approval for delisting of Equity Shares of the Company and accordingly the Equity Shares of the Company stands de-listed from the ASEL with effect from September 28, 2016.
