-4.00 (-2.09%) Tata Steel, one of the world’s biggest steelmakers, has allotted non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth Rs 1,000 crore on a private placement basis to investors. The Committee of Directors of the company on October 04, 2016 allotted 8.15%, unsecured, redeemable NCDs having a face value of Rs 10 lakh each for cash aggregating to Rs 1000 crore, on a private placement basis, to certain identified investors.
