Persistent Systems has reported unaudited results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2011.

The company’s profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 has fell 12.78% at Rs 29.14 crore as compared to Rs 33.41 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. Its revenue from operation has increased by 17.77% at Rs 171.31 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 145.46 crore for the same quarter last year.
