Britannia Industries has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window of the Company will be dosed from October 17, 2016 to till 48 hours after Un-audited Financial Results are made public. During this period, none of the Directors/Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependants, shall deal in the securities of the Company as per Britannia Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
