Shriram Transport Finance Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 25, 2016, to consider Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2), declaration of an Interim Dividend on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2016-17, and raising funds in ordinary course of business by way of issue of redeemable non-convertible debentures on private placement basis. Further, the ‘trading window’ will be closed from October 17, 2016 to October 27, 2016 pursuant to the Company’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Code.
