Persistent Systems  has informed  that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on April 22, 2012, has recommended the final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share for the financial year 2011-12. The payment of the final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.
