KG Denim has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 04, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 26, 2016, up to November 06, 2016 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading.
