Archit Organosys has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2016, has considered, approved and adopted the Draft Letter of Offer for submitting with the Securities and Exchange Board of India and BSE with respect of issue of Equity shares having face value or Rs 10 each on right basis to the existing shareholders of the Company; Authorised Compliance Officer of the Company for making Public Announcement in the newspapers with respect to filing the Draft Letter of Offer with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
