Housing Development Finance Corporation informs about company updates

With reference to the earlier letters dated October 12, 2016 & October 14, 2016, Housing Development Finance Corporation has now informed that the Corporation has completed the fourth issue of Rupee Denominated Bonds to overseas investors on the Issue Size of Rs 500 Crore; Yield to investor is 7.25% per annum payable semi-annually; and Maturity is January 09, 2020. Further the Company has informed that, till date, the Corporation has raised a total of Rs 5,000 crore through issuance of Rupee Denominated Bonds.
