Trident has informed that the Board in its meeting held on October 21, 2016, has approved Issuance of Commercial Papers up to Rs 200 Crores and authorised Financial Management Committee to negotiate and finalise the terms thereof and issue Commercial Papers in one or more tranches. Appointment of Hari Krishan as Deputy Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from November 01, 2016 in place of Alok Dubey, Deputy Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company due to his resignation with effect from October 31, 2016.
