Choksi Imaging has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2016, to consider the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial results subject to Limited review for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company was closed for Directors, Officers, Promoters and Designated employees of the Company from September 10, 2016 and shall remain close till October 31, 2016 for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and half ended September 30, 2016.
