Sparc Systems informs about closure of trading window

Sparc Systems has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 14, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 along with Limited Review Report. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window of the Company shall close from October 24, 2016 and shall reopen on November 17, 2016.
