Equitas Holdings informs about allotment of equity shares

Equitas Holdings has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee in its meeting held on October 21, 2016 has approved an allotment of 137,620 Equity shares of Rs 10 each to the option grantees who have exercised their options. The Company is in the process of applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities. The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs 3,369,561,480 to Rs 3,370,937,680.
