Balmer Lawrie Investments has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2016, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2016 (subject to prior review by the Audit Committee on the same day). Further the Company has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed for ‘Designated Persons’ and ‘Insider’ from October 24, 2016 till 48 hours after the information becomes generally available as per the terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor And Report Trading By Insider’ of the Company.
