SJ Corporation has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, to take on record the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016 along with Statement of Assets and Liability. Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 from October 21, 2016 to November 15, 2016.
