JK Lakshmi Cement informs about board meeting

With reference to the earlier latter dated October 14, 2016, intimating that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2016, to approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2016, JK Lakshmi Cement has now informed that the Board shall also consider issue of NCDs of up to Rs 500 crores, in one or more tranches, on private placement basis subject to requisite approval of the Shareholders pursuant to Sections 42, 71 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
