Simplex Castings has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 and to discuss any other matter as per the agenda of the meeting. In terms of the Code of Conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s Securities shall remain closed from November 07, 2016 till November 14, 2016 for all the Directors/Designated persons of the Company.
