Oberoi Realty reports 12% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Oberoi Realty has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2016.

The company has reported 26.71% rise in its net profit at Rs 70.82 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 55.89 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 41.04% at Rs 212.04 crore for Q2FY17 as compared Rs 150.34 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 12.45% rise in its net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs 83.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 74.45 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 29.94% at Rs 264.67 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 203.69 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
