Mrugesh Trading has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 08, 2016, to consider and take on record the un-audited Financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992 in connection with trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders shall remain closed from the opening of office hours on November 07, 2016 to the closing of office hours on November 10, 2016, which has already been informed to the concerned persons.
