Max Financial Services has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 04, 2016, to take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company together with Limited Review by the Auditors for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2). Pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window (Under Prohibition of Insider Trading) shall remain closed from October 25, 2016 until November 06, 2016.
