Kennametal India informs about closure of trading window

Kennametal India has informed that the Trading Window of the Company has been kept closed from October 24, 2016 to November 15, 2016 for Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and other Connected Persons. This closure of Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, to consider the un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended September 30, 2016.
