Nahar Capital and Financial Services has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2016 to November 13, 2016.
