Chemfab Alkalis has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 03, 2016, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for promoters, directors, designated employees of the Company and other connected persons from October 25, 2016 to November 05, 2016 for the purpose of considering the above stated matter.
