3M India has informed that as per SEBI Circular dated July 05, 2016 allowing Companies to submit its financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2016 on or before December 14, 2016 in accordance with Ind AS, the Company hereby give notice that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 18, 2016, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2016 pursuant to Reg. 29(1) (a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
