Sona Koyo Steering Systems has informed that the 154th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Company’s Directors and other designated persons from November 04, 2016 to November 13, 2016 for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
