Tata Steel informs about company updates

Tata Steel has informed about vide letter dated October 24, 2016, Tata Sons has informed the Company that at its Board Meeting held on October 24, 2016, Cyrus P Mistry has been replaced as the Chairman of Tata Sons with immediate effect. Ratan N Tata shall be the interim Chairman of Tata Sons until a new Chairman is appointed in accordance with the procedures prescribed in the Companies Act, 2013 and the Articles of Association of Tata Sons.
