Suzlon Energy informs about company updates

Suzlon Energy has informed that the Company has signed Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement with Ostro Energy for setting-up of solar power project under Prathamesh Solarfarms, presently a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and eventually sale of Prathamesh. Further, the Company has also submitted a Copy of the Press Release in this regard.
