UFO Moviez India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 08, 2016, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Pursuant to the Company’s Code of conduct to prevent, regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company from October 26, 2016 to November 10, 2016.
