Polytex India informs about board meeting

Polytex India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Company is to be held on November 11, 2016, to consider and adopt the Un-Audited Financial Accounts for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016; to consider and approve the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA) from System Support Services to Link Intime India. Further, in view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s scrip by the directors and designated employees of the company will remain closed from October 25, 2016 to November 14, 2016 in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
