JMD Telefilms Industries informs about board meeting

With reference to the earlier latter dated October 11, 2016, wherein the Company has informed about adoption of Un-Audited Financial Results for Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2016 and the meeting for the same is scheduled on November 10, 2016, JMD Telefilms Industries has now informed that the following new agenda will also be a part of said meeting which is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016; to discuss and if think fit, to expand its business into new business segment viz. pharmaceutical segment and for the same, to form a new subsidiary of the Company, if required to do so.
