Welcast Steels has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2016. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons from November 02, 2016 to November 14, 2016.
