PBM Polytex informs about closure of trading window

PBM Polytex has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2016, to approve the unaudited standalone financial results of the company for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, In view of the above, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading} Regulations, 2015, the trading Window will remain closed from November 05, 2016 to November 11, 2016 and all the Directors / Promoters / Designated Employees and / or any person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company shall not deal in any transaction involving purchase or sale of Company’s securities during the period when Trading Window is closed.
