Assam Petrochemicals informs about change in members of board of directors

Assam Petrochemicals has informed that Ravi Capoor, IAS has been appointed as the chairman of the Company with effect from October 01, 2016 in place of Rameshwar Dhanowar. This may also be stated that re-appointment of Rameshwar Dhanowar was proposed in the 45th AGM of the Company convened on September 30, 2016 but lost in voting.
