Repco Home Finance has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 08, 2016, to consider and take on record/approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2), subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditor. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company which had been closed on October 04, 2016, shall continue to remain closed till November 10, 2016, for the Company’s Directors/Officers and designated employees as per the Company’s Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
