Pennar Engineered Building Systems has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, trading windows for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons, Employees and their Immediate Relatives (including Directors) shall remain closed from October 29, 2016 to November 09, 2016.
