Date: 27-10-2016Winsome Yarns has informed that Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation (PSIDC) vide its letter dated October 21, 2016 has withdrawn the nomination of Suresh Kumar Singla from the directorship of the Company. In this regard, the Board of Directors considered and approved the withdrawal of nomination with effect from October 21, 2016 vide circulation resolution dated October 22, 2016, passed by the Board of Directors on October 25, 2016.
