Tata Consultancy Services has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on April 23, 2012, have recommended a final dividend of Rs 8 and a special dividend of Rs 8 per equity share of Re 1 each of the company which shall be paid on the fourth day from the conclusion of the annual general meeting, subject to approval of the shareholders of the company.
