Bambino Agro Industries has informed that M Subramanyam, Whole Time Director of the Company has tendered his resignation as Whole Time Director effective from close of office hours on October 31, 2016. Accordingly M Subramanyam, Whole Time Director will also cease to be a Director of the Company with effect from the closing hours on October 31, 2016.
