Natco Pharma has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016, and related matters (Q2). Further note that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from November 01, 2016 to November 13, 2016. Trading window will be opened from November 14, 2016.
