Savera Industries informs about closure of trading window

Savera Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, to consider and approve amongst other things, the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all, designated employees, their immediate relatives, persons having contractual or fiduciary relation with the company such as auditors, law firms, analysts, consultants, assisting or advising the company, from November 01, 2016 to November 14, 2016.
